How it works
The Ln2CRM sidebar appears on every LinkedIn profile and company page. Three tabs handle the full lifecycle:
- Create — capture a Person, Company, or Deal in one click, with fields auto-filled from the LinkedIn page. Auto-deduplication prevents duplicate records by matching LinkedIn URL, email, and name.
- Manage — open contacts and companies already in your CRM. View all linked tasks, notes, and email history on the same screen as the LinkedIn profile.
- AI Copilot — draft follow-up messages, summarize accounts, and generate LinkedIn post comments — all grounded in CRM history and the current LinkedIn page context.

Privacy
Ln2CRM only accesses LinkedIn pages you actively open. We don’t scrape, crawl, or run cold outreach automation. Email and phone enrichment is opt-in per click — your enrichment provider’s API call is forwarded on your behalf, and nothing is stored on our side. AI Copilot uses OpenAI as a declared sub-processor with no model training on user data.
Multilingual
The DOM-parser supports 24 LinkedIn UI locales, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Turkish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
